Welcome to your Pathfinder survey!
You will need a Project Code, User ID and Password to get access to the Pathfinder survey pages. Please contact the Pathfinder Survey Administrator for assistance.
Your Pathfinder survey consists of paired statements presented in different sections. You are required to select the statement in each pair that is the best description of who you are. In most cases the choice would be clear, but in some you may find it difficult to choose. However, you are still required to pick one statement above the other, even though the difference between the two may be slight.
When completing the survey, please take your time, evaluate each alternative carefully and complete all the responses for all the sections of the survey.
Should you need to take a break, please click on "Save" to save your responses in the section you are working on first and only then log off. When you log on again, your previous answers will then be displayed again and you will be able to continue or to review previous answers.
Once you've completed the last section of the survey, please return to the menu where the different sections of the survey are listed and click on "Submit Answers" to conclude the process. Please note that this is the final action of the survey and that you will not be able to return to the survey sections once you've submitted your answers.
