Predictive Validity

 

In three studies the Pathfinder was able to successfully:


 

predict the future performance of recently-hired employees,


 

identify the performance level of incumbent employees as rated by their supervisors,

 

accurately identify the candidates' achieved managerial level (i.e. were they CEO's, Vice-President's, Middle Managers)


 

predict their career position (Doctor, Lawyer, Sales Representative) by their predictor of performance.
