Research Objectives

 

Undoubtedly the most important question you should ask about any test or inventory is: "Is it valid?". In other words, "Does it actually do or predict what it purports to ?" and "Could I trust the results to be accurate?"

The Pathfinder has an execptionally high level of validity as was concluded from research on the Pathfinder in the past 10 years, involving thousands of individuals from all walks of life and careers.

Eight types of validity indicators were researched. The satisfactory statistical results confirm the high level of accuracy and consistancy of the Pathfinder.
