Larry Cash has over 36 years tenure as a Career Consultant. Larry and his partner, Pam Lehman are the developers of the Pathfinder Career System which has been researched extensively over the past 25 years and has been used for succession planning, career pathing, pre-employment screening & leadership development programs. His consulting practice has included working with Fortune 500 corporations such as IBM, Government of Canada, Honda, Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Aventis and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Larry’s studies toward a B.Sc. in Psychology and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology were completed at North Texas University and his Ph.D. studies in Counselling Psychology were at the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) where he taught as a Graduate Instructor for five years. He taught the Master’s level Theories of Counselling & Psychotherapy & Counselling Practicum course in the Applied Psychology , Adult Education Department and U of T’s Faculty of Education’s Counsellor Training Department. He held a senior management position as Executive Director of the YMCA Career Counseling Services for more than 6 years. The YMCA Counselling Service is Canada’s oldest and most respected career counselling services. He has published several articles in professional journals, one book (Teachers Without Classrooms) and his research contributions are included/published in a clinical psychology book. He has been featured in more than 20+ publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Canadian Business magazine and the Financial Post magazine, regarding subjects on best practices in leadership, career assessment and human resource management. Pamela Lehman Pamela Lehman, has been a professional Career Consultant for over twenty years, working with both individuals and corporations. Pamela specializes in personal counseling, coaching, development and managing career issues including corporate downsizing and relocation. She is a skilled practitioner at personal employment testing and career pathing. She has worked extensively with companies such as Petro-Canada, Procter & Gamble and IBM. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario and received an Honours B.A. in Humanities at York University. She is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute’s program for Psychotherapy and attended the University of Toronto’s Master of Social Work program.
